2017 Disney Dining Plan Changes
2017 Dining Plan Changes Walt Disney World made some changes to their dining plans this year that you’ll definitely want to make a note of!
Let’s take a look at 2016 plans: • 2016 Quick Service Dining Plan: 2 Quick Service Meals, 1 Snack, 1 Refillable Resort Mug • 2016 Disney Dining Plan: 1 Table Service Meal, 1 Quick Service Meal, 1 Snack, 1 Refillable Resort Mug • 2016 Deluxe Disney Dining Plan: 3 Meals (can be Table or Quick Service), 2 Snacks and 1 Refillable Resort Mug Breakfast included an entrée and non-alcoholic beverage. Lunch and dinner included entrée, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage.
And now the 2017 plans: • 2017 Quick Service Dining Plan: 2 Quick Service Meals, 2 Snacks, 1 Refillable Resort Mug • 2017 Disney Dining Plan: 1 Table Service Meal, 1 Quick Service Meal, 2 Snacks, 1 Refillable Resort Mug • 2017 Deluxe Disney Dining Plan: 3 Meals (can be Table or Quick Service), 2 Snacks and 1 Refillable Resort Mug As you can see the Snack Credit entitlements will increase from 1 Snack Credit per night of a package stay to 2 Snack Credits for the Quick Service and Dining Plans (the Deluxe Dining Plan remains at two Snack Credits). The trade-off is that for Quick Service meals, the dessert has been removed from the lunch/dinner meal entitlement, which now includes one entree and one non-alcoholic beverage. Please note, Table Service entitlements will continue to include a dessert for lunch/dinner.
Another change to note is that the Premium and Platinum Packages have been discontinued.
All changes went into effect January 1, 2017.
