Does your agency charge any service fees?

There are no fees whatsoever when booking your vacation through us. Our commissions are paid directly by the vendor, so you can rest assured that you are getting the lowest possible price on your vacation package.

If I already have a reservation can I still take use one of your agents to help plan?

We will gladly assist clients that already have reservations booked. We will need to be added onto the existing reservation in order to do so. This is done by the agent and requires no work on your part. Simply provide us with your name, booking number, the travel dates, the vacation package price. If the name of the lead guest on the reservation is different than yours, please provide their name as well. We can usually have your package transferred to our agency, but the sooner the better so please notify us as early as possible. Please note that this can only be done within 30 days of booking AND if your trip has not been paid in full.

What if a promotion is released after my vacation package is booked?

We can always apply new promotions to existing reservations. If there is a new promotion released that will save your family money, it will automatically be applied to your booking. We monitor for new promotions all the time!

 

What services do your agents provide to their clients?

We are a full-service agency. Our agents help decide which vacation package or cruise is right for your family. We assist with flight itineraries and book ground transportation. In addition, if your vacation plans include a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, we will provide you with park hours, the least-crowded parks each day of your visit, help plan your itinerary (if desired), book your advance dining reservations, and secure tickets to any additional events you may wish to attend, including Cirque du Soleil, My Disney Girls Perfectly Princess Tea, Kids’ Pirate Cruises, Fireworks Cruises for Wishes and Illuminations, etc.. We can also book reservations for the children’s clubs, in-room babysitting, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Pirate’s League. If your vacation includes a cruise, we will assist with any pre or post-nights, as well as transportation arrangements from the airport to cruise terminal. Additionally, we help secure bookings for port excursions, spa treatments and adult dining. This is all part of our routine services, for which there are never any fees. We basically do all of the work so that all you have to do is relax and dream of the memories you will soon be making on your families’ vacation!
