We are currently seeking to expand our enterprise and would like to welcome some new members to our team. As a Disney Vacation Specialist, you will share your love of making vacation dreams come true. This is a rewarding career and can be fulfilling on many levels.
As an independent agent you will work from home, managing your own clients and enjoying the many benefits of our professional network. You will need a dedicated workspace and computer; we will set you up with everything else! Our agents are afforded a flexible work schedule, generous compensation, dedicated support and of course travel benefits for personal travel.
Applicants need not have experience in the travel industry, but must have extensive knowledge of Disney Destinations, including Disney Cruise Line. Ideally, applicants will possess sales experience, the ability to work at least 20 hours per week and of course a passion for the Disney Company! We strongly encourage those who apply to think about a business plan, and to whom they will market this business. Think about a potential client base and how you will attain growth.
There are no monthly or hidden costs aside from a small annual fee which covers various home office needs, including web management, marketing, E & O insurance and agent training and support. We assure you this fee is small for industry standards. Additionally our commission structure is among the most generous in the industry. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your compensation.
