RICHELE - TRAVEL PLANNER

Hi my name is Richele and I have been a travel agent with AYWV for 8 years. I have been a life long fan of Disney! I grew up watching the Wonderful World of Disney, Mickey Mouse club and Disney movies. I went to Disney World as a child, but my travels there as an adult only reinforced my love for Disney. My husband and I took our first vacation there when we started dating and eventually decided Disney was the only place in the world we wanted to be married.
I LOVE to plan and organize trips and had a blast planning my wedding at Disney. I know insider tips that only a Disney bride can tell you. Since then, we have expanded our family and have a son who shares our love for the house of mouse.
When we visit the parks, we don’t just enjoy the typical attractions most guests do. We have been to the Halloween and Christmas parties, festivals (Arts, Garden and Food & Wine), we enjoy tours inside the parks and enhanced extras like firework cruises and much more. There is a world of activities beyond the park that most people are not even aware of.
We also love Disney cruises. From enjoying all the entertainment and activities on board to exploring and enjoying excursions while at port, we are ready for an adventure when we set sail.
But my skills are not just limited to Disney and theme parks. I plan trips for families to locations all over the world. I have personally traveled all over the USA, Caribbean and Europe. Before I made the leap to becoming a travel agent, I worked in Logistics importing goods into the country. My knowledge of the world, sense of urgency, planning experience and details helps me create the best possible vacations for my clients.
My experience goes beyond planning honeymoons, cruises and other experiences. Family and special needs travel is my specialty. I have family with special needs and it is one thing to study the courses and understand the material but a completely different experience when you are traveling with someone who has special needs. There are unique features and things to consider that wouldn’t affect a family without needs. I provide my clients with all the information necessary to make their trip a relaxing and successful one.
